 The following stated conditions must be met for the discount to apply-

  •  -must be a chamber member from first contact until contract is complete and paid in full-

  • -must notify us in advance that you are a chamber member and will be seeking the discount-

  • -discount only applies to local projects(within 30 miles of Boerne)-others considered on a case-by-case basis

  • -does not apply to projects within the San Antonio City Limits-(can't estimate how much of my time they will waste)

  • -the discount will not apply if you cancel the contract-

  •  -you  must make all payments on time-

  • -you must make decisions within one week of presentation-unless other arrangements are in place

  • -you must honor all terms of our contract-

Failure to comply with the above may result in termination of your contract, complete work stoppage, and billing for full fees without the discount.
