 The following stated conditions must be met for the discount to apply-

 -must be a chamber member from first contact until contract is complete and paid in full-
-discount only applies to local projects(within 30 miles of Boerne)-others considered on a case-by-case 
-does not apply to projects within the San Antonio City Limits(or other major metro areas since I can't estimate how much of my time they will waste during the project)
-the discount will not apply if you cancel the contract-
or -if you don't  make all payments on time-or-you do not honor all terms of our contract-
-you must make decisions within one week of presentation-unless other arrangements are in place

Failure to comply with the above may result in termination of your contract, complete work stoppage, and billing for full fees without the discount.
