If you are just fee shopping: average hourly is $125($100 to $150) (until we agree on a contract price) When figuring a 'lump sum' the charges will average out to approximately that rate(architect only-no consultants)...and will end up about 5 to 8 % on projects of $1 to $5 million...More(%) for smaller or more complex projects, less(%) for bigger or simpler ones. Smaller projects (and of course) really big projects are more negotiable...

The above information is intended only to give some insight into the fee calculation process and is not a contractual offer nor is it intended to be-it's ONLY A GUIDELINE.
